Fee Based Program Management

On a selected basis, Mira will contract with a property owner in the capacity of Fee Based Program Manager.  The scope of these management services can range from master planning and associated entitlement to full scale development management activities. 

Irrespective of the scope, Mira’s approach to fee based program management is consistent with its approach to the at risk projects, such as: 

• Attain a highest and best use for the site with tolerable risk;
• Comprehensive, front-end programming to reduce the frequency and impact of unforeseen conditions; 
• Hands on approach to ensure the development team is fully coordinated and maintains focus on budget, schedule and marketable design; and 
• Continual evaluation of baseline conditions to accommodate beneficial program modifications in a timely and effective manner.
