Project Overview
The development of a new self park parking facility to accommodate up to 368 vehicles that is situated adjacent to The Lofts at Perkins Place. The parking facility consists of approximately 100 open-air, at-grade spaces coupled with an additional 268 spaces located within a 2 ˝ story, above-grade parking structure. The parking structure is constructed of structural steel with composite, concrete decks and it is designed to accommodate both vertical and horizontal expansion.
The Perkins Ames site is located within the Institutional zone, which can accommodate a number of uses in addition to parking to include retail, commercial, R&D and residential development. The site is approximately 70,000 square feet in size and under current zoning regulations, it has an FAR of 2.0 and a height restriction of 100 feet or ten stories, resulting in future development potential of approximately 140,000 square feet. This additional development potential is currently being evaluated.
